OpenScouter’s agency tier lets you manage multiple clients, deliver branded reports, and offer accessibility testing as a service under your own brand.

Getting Started

  1. Request agency access — Contact us at support@openscouter.com to upgrade your account
  2. Add your first client — Navigate to Agency > Clients > New Client
  3. Configure branding — Upload your logo and set brand colours in Agency > Settings > Branding
  4. Create a study — Select a client, configure tasks, and launch

Pricing

Agency accounts use the same per-study pricing as standard accounts (Starter or Growth tier). Volume discounts are available for agencies running 10+ studies per month. Contact sales for details.

API Access

Agency accounts have full API access for programmatic study creation and report retrieval. See the API Reference for endpoint documentation.
