What counts as a test?
A test is a single moderated or unmoderated accessibility study you launch on the platform. Each test includes participant recruitment, task setup, and results collection. Running the same study with different participants counts as one test as long as it is part of the same study configuration.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference automatically.
What is the contract length?
All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required. Enterprise plans can also be purchased annually at a discounted rate. Contact us if you want to discuss annual pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid plan, contact our team and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
